Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Yes. We offer international express shipping.
International Express Shipping is $35.
We offer free shipping on orders over $299.
International Express Shipping typically arrives within up to 5 business days after dispatch.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Yes. VAT, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the checkout total unless otherwise stated.
If a package is refused due to customs charges, it may be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier. In that case, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- unaltered
- with all original tags attached
- returned in their original condition

Customers outside of Israel are responsible for return shipping costs.
At this time, customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipment using the carrier of their choice.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
Yes. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method and keeping your tracking details for your records. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit to us.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return your original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.
We’re sorry if that happens. If you receive a damaged item or believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@zoharatights.com so we can assist you.
What should I include when contacting you about a faulty item?
To help us review the issue quickly, please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and the fault
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us right away at hello@zoharatights.com.
Once an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building staff, or the shipping carrier first.
We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device display.
