RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Returning/exchanging items purchased on the website:
Everyone who has purchased a product on the website is entitled to cancel the transaction within 14 days from receiving it. A refund for canceling an order that still hasn’t been sent to the customer will be executed within 3 business days. In case an order is canceled after the product was sent to the customer, a refund will be given within 14 business days from receiving the merchandise, with a deduction of shipping costs.

Return/exchange conditions for items purchased online:
A refund will be given only if the product is returned without having been used or damaged together with the label and invoice. If the product was returned not as stated in this section, no refund/compensation will be given. No refund will be given on shipping costs.
If the customer wants the alternative items to be sent to her by the Israeli post/fast shipping, the customer will be charged for the shipping cost. In order to avoid damaging the product, we recommend that the product will be returned in its original package, whole and/or without harm and/or damage and/or flaws and/or corruption of any kind whatsoever. As it says on the package – it’s recommended to hand wash the tights inside out in order to preserve the print quality over time. No exchanges or returns will be made due to washing the tight not by these recommendations and within the reasonable time* from the date of purchase.
*Reasonable time = up to 6 months, in accordance with Zohara Tights’ customer service examination and checking of product usage.
*Please keep the tracking number given to you by the postal office clerk for tracking and reference of sending the product to us.
Order cancellation by Zohara Tights:
The order might not be executed if the item you’ve selected is out of stock at the time of ordering, or if the credit card details/personal information were filled in invalidly. Of course in each of those cases, you will be contacted by our customer service.
The order will be sent by certified mail with ECO POST service within 5-8 business days to customers residing in the following countries: USA, Australia, Italy, Belgium, Britain, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Portugal, France, Canada, Sweden, and Switzerland; when customers residing in Australia will receive their order within 10-14 business days and customers from other countries will receive their order within 14-18 business days by certified mail. shipping cost depends on destination and the cost of the order and will be calculated at the shopping cart. free shipping for orders over 50$.
Changes in times of postal services are may occur, the company is not responsible for delays.
