WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECIEVE MY NEW LOOKS?
Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase from our awesome warehouses, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5 business days. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
You will be responsible for paying the duties and taxes as our total price does not include taxes and duties. Your payment method will be charged in your countries currency according to those charges. Please contact Customer Care with any issues.

Here’s how it works: First you order, then we process, and then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 3 pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Bon Voyage--it’s on the way!
